Please join us Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Marriott North, Indianapolis for a fantastic evening of bourbon tasting, a scrumptious meal and silent auction to raise funds that help us grant wishes for Hoosier children with life-threatening illness. The average cost of a wish is $12,000. Your generosity allows us to put smiles on children’s faces and hope in the hearts of their parents, family and friends. Together, we create memories for a lifetime.
Please review the available roles below. You may sign up for two (2) time slots if you would like to join us for the entire evening. Dress is cocktail attire for all our volunteer slots.
Volunteer Roles:
Event Check In & Check Out: You will be assigned a GiveSmart representative to assist you in this role
4:30pm-7:30pm and 7:00pm-11:00pm
Auction Watch & Runner: This role will support our silent and live auction team with the evenings auction events. 9 - 11 pm is close out
4:30pm-7:30pm and 7:00pm-11:00pm
Bourbon Toss: Oversee and sell tickets to participate in this themed ring toss
5:00pm-7:30pm and 7:00pm-11:00pm
Bling Ring: Walk the floor of the event selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a piece of jewelry from Diamonds Direct
4:30pm-7:30pm and 7:00pm-11:00pm
Floater: Give breaks to other volunteers and be used in areas of need
4:30pm-7:30pm and 7:00pm-11:00pm
Live Auction: Assist during the Live Auction with additional raffle sales, auction spotter & other needs. The Live auction itself is only 30-45 mins long.

Blend Bar Lead: Assist & Greet Guests to Blend Bar
