Thank you for considering a volunteer position at the Fishers Art Center! We are a non-profit organization that loves our community and has a mission to bring art to ALL. By responding below, you are expressing your interest in being a Fishers Art Center Volunteer. A member of our Guest Services team will reach out to you for next steps.
Available Opportunities include:
- Guest Services Ambassador
- Available Monday-Friday between 9:30am-3:30pm
- Minimum 90 minutes, maximum four hours
- Greet patrons as they enter, answer basic questions, share info on galleries, welcome students, answer phone and take messages
- Fishers Theater Usher
- Usually weeknights and various times on weekends
- Minimum 90 minutes, maximum three hours
- Greet patrons, check tickets/ticket list, offer direction to theater and restrooms
- Watch lobby for late patrons
- Enjoy a free performance!
- Farmers Market Activity Guide
- Saturdays June-September (except June 27)
- 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, or 8am-12pm
- Set up a table and art supplies just outside the Art Center classrooms, under our shady pergola
- Lead activities as guests visit the table while sharing info about Art Center classes and summer camps
- Enjoy the summer weather, share the love of creativity, and do some shopping at the market
All volunteer opportunities require an Art Center background check and volunteer orientation.
