Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is the pulse of the teen community at the library. TAB members’ positive thoughts and ideas are heavily relied upon to create appropriate and engaging programs for teens. TAB members might be asked to weigh in on any topic that relates to library service for teens. Teens receive volunteer time for participating in monthly meetings. Volunteers must be enrolled in grades 6-12.
Teen Advisory Board volunteers must live within one of the four townships comprising the Hamilton East Public Library district (Fall Creek, Delaware, Noblesville, or Wayne) or attend a school within the library district.
TAB volunteers must fill out a TAB application as well as a general volunteer application.
