Volunteer Opportunity: Spark!Fishers 2026 – Vendor Ice Delivery Volunteer

Help keep vendors cool and running smoothly at Spark!Fishers 2026! Vendor Ice Delivery Volunteers play a key support role by coordinating and delivering ice to vendors throughout the event.
Available Shifts:
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Take and manage vendor ice orders using a pre-arranged process
- Deliver ice to vendor locations using a golf cart
- Keep accurate notes and track orders to ensure timely delivery
- Navigate the event site efficiently using a map
- Communicate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to stay organized, take clear notes, and follow directions
- Comfortable driving a golf cart in a busy event environment
