Help welcome families back to school at the annual Before the Bell Back-to-School Celebration on Thursday, July 30th! Fishers Parks is seeking 4 volunteers to assist at the Fishers Parks tent during this exciting community event.
Volunteers will be stationed at the Fishers Parks tent from 4:00–8:00 p.m. and will:
- Assist with setting up and tearing down the Fishers Parks tent and display
- Distribute popsicles to event attendees
- Greet visitors and provide information about Fishers Parks programs and events
- Help create a fun, welcoming experience for students and families throughout the evening
This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and help families celebrate the start of a new school year. Volunteers should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light items during setup and teardown.
