Event Assistant Shift: 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Locations: CSB South Parking Lot or Roy G. Holland Memorial Park
Be part of the action by helping wherever you're needed throughout the event! Event Assistants may be assigned to welcome participants, assist with bike decorating, help organize riders in the bike corral, distribute wristbands or glow sticks, assist with ice cream distribution, support activity stations, or help with event cleanup.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting participants and providing event information
- Assisting with participant check-in and wristband distribution
- Supporting the bike decorating station
- Helping organize riders before the ride begins
- Assisting with ice cream distribution at Roy G. Holland Park
- Welcoming riders back and distributing glow sticks
- Providing friendly customer service and creating a fun, energetic atmosphere for participants
