About the Event
Paws for Prevention is a community dog walk that brings people together to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. This family-friendly event encourages connection, support, and wellness—alongside our four-legged friends.
Volunteer Responsibilities: Volunteers will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for participants. Duties include:
- Guiding participants to key areas within the park
- Refilling dog water stations throughout the event
- Assisting with general event support and crowd flow
- Providing a friendly, helpful presence for attendees
