Fishers Touch-A-Truck – Volunteer Opportunities

Join us for one of Fishers’ most popular family events. Volunteers play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging experience for attendees.
Setup Volunteers (1:00 – 4:00 PM) Help bring the event to life by assisting with:
- Tent setup
- Craft and activity station preparation
- Event activations
- Signage placement
- General event setup as needed
Event Volunteers (3:00 – 7:15 PM) Support activities during the event by:
- Managing activation areas (Touch-A-Truck, crafts, etc.)
- Assisting with popsicle distribution
- Serving as an ice runner and helping keep supplies stocked
- Providing general assistance to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for guests
Teardown Volunteers (6:30 – 8:30 PM) Help wrap up the event by assisting with:
- Tent and equipment breakdown
- Signage removal
- Packing up activity stations and supplies
- General event cleanup
Additional Information:
- Snacks and drinks will be provided
- Volunteers should be comfortable working outdoors and on their feet for extended periods
- Training and direction will be provided on-site
