Volunteer Opportunity: Spark!Fishers 2026 – City Hall Monitor

Available Shifts:
- 3:00 PM – 7:15 PM
- 6:45 PM – 11:00 PM
Support a safe, welcoming environment for Spark!Fishers attendees by serving as a City Hall Monitor. Volunteers in this role help ensure City Hall remains clean, orderly, and accessible for guests throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor City Hall spaces to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Oversee the Mother’s Room to ensure privacy, cleanliness, and comfort
- Check and monitor restrooms, reporting any maintenance needs
- Restock supplies (as needed) such as paper products and other essentials
- Provide general information and assistance to attendees
- Communicate any concerns or issues to event staff promptly
What to Expect:
- A primarily indoor, customer-service focused role
- Interaction with a wide range of attendees
- Light activity including walking and standing
- A calm, supportive environment within a busy event setting
