Volunteer Opportunity: Spark!Fishers 2026 – Event Setup Support

Join us behind the scenes of Spark!Fishers 2026 and help bring one of the community’s largest celebrations to life! Setup Support volunteers play a key role in preparing the event site for a safe, organized, and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vendor load-in and provide general support as needed
- Help place and organize event signage throughout the site
- Support general event setup, including staging and materials distribution
- Provide friendly assistance to vendors and staff during setup
What to Expect:
- Moderate physical activity (lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods)
- A fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Opportunities to engage with event staff, vendors, and fellow volunteers
