Volunteer with the Fishers Parks Department as they host Boo Bash 2025 on Saturday, October 25 at the Nickel Plate Amphitheater. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. We have the following opportunities available:
- Monday October 20 - Friday, October 24 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Pre event preparation volunteer. Organize supplies and materials, prep craft station kits and materials, assemble and stage decorations, assist with onsite event setup. Located at the Nickle Plate Amphitheater.
- Saturday, October 25 from 6:00 - 10:30 a.m.: Day of event setup/vendor support volunteer. Assist with setting up tents, tables, signage, and activity stations. Help arrange and install decorations. Assist vendors with locating and setting up their designated booth or area. Located at the Nickel Plate Amphitheater.
- Saturday, October 25 from 9:00 - 11:45 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.: Boo Bash volunteer. Assist with costume parade, thriller dance, games, contests, or themed stations. Wearing a family friendly costume is highly encouraged. Located at the Nickel Plate Amphitheater.
- Saturday, October 25 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.: Tear down volunteer. Assist with dismantling tents, tables, signage, and activity stations.
