Our Angel Tree program this year will again include a hybrid model which includes Angel Tree Toy Shop and prepackaged bags for families this year. We are looking for individuals and groups to help us sort/organize/inventory gifts for the toy shop and check the prepackages bags being dropped off as we prepare for distribution!
We will be placing all of the gifts for toy shop onto age appropriate tables by category instead of placing a child's gifts in a bag. All of the gifts for toy shop and prepackaged bags will be provided to families from across Indianapolis to help make Christmas brighter for their child or children this year.
The main location for the majority of the sorting/organizing/inventory on various dates from November 12-December 5 will be located again this year at a warehouse at 5102 East 500 South in Whitestown (please enter through the front door). Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet the majority of the time. All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to help at the warehouse in Whitestown, and all volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
