Get involved in the first ever Fishers Diwali Fest 2025 on Oct 11, 2025. We're thrilled to bring the magic of Diwali, The Festival of Lights, right to your doorstep! Immerse yourself in the vibrant Indian culture through mesmerizing music, mouth-watering food, creative arts and crafts, and so much more!
Volunteers will help assist in setting up decors, booths, stage. also ushering people to respective booths, assist with lining up performing artists and clean up.
Volunteers must be 13 years or older, able to lift 25lbs, wear closed-toed shoes and stand for extended periods. Volunteer under the age of 13 must be accompanied by their guardian (age 18+)
The following volunteer shifts are available:
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 p.m.: Help with event set-up – arranging booths and decorations.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 p.m.: Continue set-up – assisting with booth preparation and play area.
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 p.m.: Support vendors and performers – help vendors with set-up, guide performers to their groups, and assist with stage preparations.
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 p.m.: Provide guest and performer assistance – usher attendees, help backstage, and assist with the photo booth and arts and craft booth.
- 8:00 PM – 10:00 p.m.:Be part of the tear-down crew – help wrap up the event smoothly.
