Who We Are

Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County provides programs to promote and support independent lifestyles for seniors in Hamilton County. Our vision is to be known throughout Hamilton County as a trusted resource for connecting seniors with beneficial programs to support their independence. Through our programs, seniors have the opportunity to connect with services or to other individuals that will help enrich independent lifestyles.

What We Do

Do you know someone who needs a friendly visitor or help around their home? Our Community Caring program can match them with a volunteer to meet with them on a regular basis.  Do you know someone who needs help finding resources to age in place safely or transportation assistance? Our Reaching Resources program can link older adults with needed services.  Do you know a senior who would like to meet new friends or connect with others in their life stage? Our Together Today program is the perfect place for older adults to socialize. SCHC is here to help older adults in our community.  We offer several different opportunities and ways to enhance the lives of seniors.  All our assistance and programs are free of charge to anyone 55+ in Hamilton County.

Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County prides itself on working collaboratively with many other organizations who serve older adults in Hamilton County.  If you are looking for an aging resource, please contact us today.
