Volunteer for Flood Relief
The City of Fishers is building a roster of volunteers who are ready to assist with flood recovery efforts as needs are identified and areas are determined safe for volunteer activity. Volunteer assignments may include cleanup and debris removal, moving and organizing supplies, distributing resources, and other recovery activities coordinated by the City and its community partners. Important: Please do not report directly to flooded neighborhoods or enter flooded or restricted areas on your own. Donate Needed Items
Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County is helping coordinate donated goods and essential supplies for individuals and families impacted by the flooding. Community members who would like to contribute needed items can find information about current donation needs, accepted items, and drop-off locations through Good Samaritan Network. Make a Financial Donation
For those who would like to provide financial support, Hamilton County Community Foundation is accepting contributions to assist with local flood relief and recovery efforts. Financial donations can help community organizations respond to immediate needs and support longer-term recovery for residents and families affected by the flooding. Donors using the foundation’s online donation page should select the flood-relief fund during checkout. The foundation says 100% of money donated to the fund will be directed to relief and recovery where the need is greatest. Checks may be made payable to Hamilton County Community Foundation and mailed or delivered to 1154 Conner St., Noblesville, IN 46060, with “Hamilton County Flood Relief Fund” included in the memo line.
