Join the SPARK!Fishers 5K volunteer team and help create an exciting, welcoming, and memorable experience for participants, spectators, and families during the annual SPARK!Fishers 5K and Firecracker 1 Mile event. Volunteers play an important role in supporting race operations, participant services, course guidance, hydration stations, packet pickup, start/finish line activities, and post-race festivities.
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with participant check-in and packet pickup
- Distributing race materials, medals, water, and refreshments
- Supporting runners and walkers along the course Helping direct participants and maintain a safe event environment
- Assisting with setup, crowd engagement, and post-race activities Cheering on participants and creating a fun, positive atmosphere
