Help support Hamilton Southeastern Schools' 3rd Grade City Experience, an immersive community-based learning program that introduces students to local government, public services, planning, engineering, and other aspects of city operations through hands-on experiences.
The City of Fishers is seeking volunteers to deliver program materials to HSE elementary schools before the City Experience begins.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Pick up program supplies from City Hall, 1 Municipal Drive
- Deliver supplies to assigned HSE elementary schools using your personal vehicle.
- Deliveries must be completed October 12–16, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- Volunteers should be comfortable loading and unloading boxes of supplies and following delivery instructions provided at pickup.
Transportation
- Volunteers must provide their own transportation.
- Mileage is not reimbursed.
