12pm-5pm: Artist Hospitality (up to 5 people)

This shift involves watching artist booths so they can get restroom or snack break. You do not have to process any sales, just let patrons know the artist will be back shortly and make sure items do not "walk away." This can also include bringing around bottled water for artists and general check-in. You may also assist musicians arriving for their performance by helping bring any equipment they ask to be brought to the performance area.
No special clothing required for artist assistance. This is a low-impact assistance activity. Helping deliver water and assisting musician volunteers should wear closed toed shoes. Volunteers should be at least 13 years or older.  Volunteers under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Specialty volunteer opportunity: Assist arts & crafts activities at non-profit booths

5pm-7pm: Tear Down (up to 10 people)

This shift involves helping artists tear down their tents; moving equipment up to their vehicles. Volunteers will also be needed to help fold up all linens and tables from the big white tent area. A final "visual sweep" will be needed to make sure we leave no trace. All volunteers must wear closed toed shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. This is a rain or shine event. Volunteers should be at least 13 years or older. Volunteers under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
