Doctor Volunteer opportunity

Heart and Soul Clinic provides medical care for uninsured.  Volunteers with experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, ER are ideal.  An ideal volunteer commitment is one shift per month.  Shifts are available at the clinic building in Westfield or Mobile Units in Fishers, Noblesville or Carmel.  If interested contact Lisa Kreag Executive Director at lisa@heartandsoulclinic.org or complete volunteer application at www.heartandsoulclinic.org
