Maker Playground Power Tool Petting Zoo Volunteer
Saturday, August 29 | 11:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Location: Fishers Maker Playground
Help make the Power Tool Petting Zoo a safe, welcoming, and fun experience for participants! This hands-on event gives attendees the opportunity to explore power tools in a supervised environment at the Maker Playground.
Volunteers will support event staff by:
- Welcoming participants and helping distribute protective gear
- Collecting and organizing safety equipment as needed
- Helping manage participant lines and queues
- Directing attendees and answering basic event questions
- Assisting staff with other light event-support needs
No power tool experience is required. Volunteers should be comfortable interacting with the public, standing for portions of the event, and helping create an organized and positive experience for attendees.
Volunteer Shift:
- 11:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
