Help us make memories bloom! Fishers Parks is looking for energetic and helpful volunteers to assist with our annual Pre-K Prom (ages 3-6) and Spring Formal (ages 7-12). From transforming the venue into a spring wonderland to ensuring our young dancers have the time of their lives, your support is what makes these community events possible.
Available Shifts & Responsibilities
Friday, March 27: Setup & Decoration
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Balloon Team: Help us prepare for the big finale by blowing up balloons for our signature balloon drop. Electric balloons pumps will be provided.
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Decor Setup: Help transform the space! Tasks include setting up tables, hanging decorations, and preparing the "red carpet" entrance.
Saturday, March 28: Event Day & Tear Down
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Final Prep: Assist with final decor touches and dance floor setup to ensure everything is perfect before the first guests arrive.
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Pre-K Prom Support: Support our youngest dancers! Tasks: Staffing refreshment stations, assisting with dance games, managing photo opportunities, and helping with the mid-event "dance reset."
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Spring Formal & Tear Down: Keep the energy high for our 7-12 year olds! Tasks: Supporting event activations, refreshment service, dance games, and photo booth support.Note: This shift includes assisting with the final event tear-down to leave the facility sparkling.
