The City of Fishers Parks Department invites you to be a part of the most festive event of the season, Jingle Bell Junction! Help bring the holiday magic to life for our community by volunteering at this multi-day winter celebration held in the heart of the Nickel Plate District.

This event features a variety of unique holiday activities, and we need enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers to ensure a successful, cheerful experience for all attendees. We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support various activities across multiple dates.

Typical Volunteer Roles May Include:

• Activity/Craft Assistants: Help staff hands-on activities like DIY Wrapping Paper stations
• Santa’s Workshop maker activities
• Cookies with Characters cookie decorating and guest interaction
• Event Logistics & Setup/Teardown: Assist the Parks staff with setting up event areas (e.g., tables, décor, activity supplies)
• packing up at the conclusion of shifts
• Guest Services & Wayfinding: Greet visitors, answer general questions about the schedule and activities, and help direct foot traffic, especially during the Night Lights Holiday Kickoff Celebration
• Game Management: Help facilitate fun activities like Reindeer Games (Bingo and Karaoke) and manage lines for photo opportunities and character meet-and-greets
• Hospitality: Assist with serving hot cocoa, refreshments, and managing designated rest/warm-up areas.
