Hamilton County has a dedicated Systems of Care, committed to improving access to and quality of care for all people.

What is a ‘System of Care’?

Our Systems of Care is a coordinated partnership and network of agencies, professionals, and community members, including youth and families, who band together to improve services and supports in their communities.  It is designed to provide guided support through collaborative tools and resources with the goal of improving the health and happiness of our community.

A Healthier Hamilton County strives for representation with diversity.  This is *our* community, these are *our* families, and this is *our* community health.  Everyone is part of this System of Care!

The System of Care platform provides a resource hub, partnership creation foundation, and a space to discuss and fill gaps within our community, among other projects, initiatives, and partnerships.
