Volunteer: Tidying Teens (Grades 6-12): Fishers Library & Noblesville Library

Tidying Teens volunteers help keep the library tidy, which may include dusting shelves, straightening books, notifying staff of problem areas, and other tasks. Volunteers do not shelve books. Shifts will be available at both the Fishers Library and the Noblesville Library.

This volunteer assignment is open to students in grades 6-12 only. Tidying Teens volunteers must live within one of the four townships comprising the Hamilton East Public Library district (Fall Creek, Delaware, Noblesville, or Wayne) or attend a school within the library district.

Interested volunteers should complete the HEPL volunteer application. A library staff member will contact you with more information on how to schedule training.

TAB members’ positive thoughts and ideas are heavily relied upon to create appropriate and engaging programs for teens. TAB members might be asked to weigh in on any topic that relates to library service for teens. Teens receive volunteer time for participating in monthly meetings. Volunteers must be enrolled in grades 6-12.
