Help welcome visitors and protect one of Fishers' community spaces during the P!NK Concert & Drone Show on Friday, July 31! Fishers Parks is seeking one friendly and attentive volunteer to serve as a City Hall Attendant from 6:30–8:30 p.m.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors entering City Hall Help protect and monitor the artwork displayed throughout the building Direct guests to the public restrooms Help keep the lobby and common areas neat and presentable Answer basic questions and provide a welcoming presence for attendees Notify City staff of any concerns or issues that arise

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with the public and helping create a positive experience for event attendees. Volunteers should be comfortable standing and walking periodically throughout the building.

Volunteer Opportunity: RESCHEDULED Spark!Fishers 2026 – Drone Show Guard

Time: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Drone Show Area

Be part of the excitement leading up to the Spark!Fishers Drone Show! Drone Show Guards play an important role in maintaining a safe environment by securing the designated drone operation area before and during the show.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure the drone show perimeter areaHelp keep attendees out of restricted zones for safetyMaintain a safe and orderly environment leading up to the showProvide basic directions or information to attendees as neededCommunicate any concerns or issues to event staff promptly

Help ensure an accessible and welcoming experience for all attendees at Spark!Fishers 2026 Friday night concert and drone show! ADA Parking Attendants play an important role in assisting guests who require accessible parking and supporting smooth traffic flow in designated areas.

Responsibilities:

Assist with directing vehicles to designated ADA parking spacesHelp verify ADA parking access as neededProvide directions and general event information to attendeesSupport safe and efficient traffic flow in parking areasCommunicate any concerns or issues to event staff promptly
